Fezzik In Paris

Two Americans, three cats, and too many places named "de Gaulle"

Strictly speaking, it’s not inaction that has resulted in the current lull in our extracurricular activities; the weekend before last, we dressed up and marched out of the apartment, dutifully entered the line at Fondation Louis Vuitton approximately 25 minutes before our designated entry time, and held out for the twenty or so minutes it took before we overheard one of the staff members tell someone that was just getting into our line that the ticket time was more a suggestion than a certainty, and that it would be at least two hours before any of us made it through the doors. As this did not mesh well with our planning, we left, never to see the Chtchoukine collection.

This past weekend’s plan fell through due to sickness.

So here we are.
